Refund Policy

For prepaid public workshops listed on this site, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if the workshop has not yet started and materials have not been customized specifically for your organization. After fourteen days, or once customized materials are delivered, refunds may be partial according to the eligibility section. Chargeback timelines imposed by card networks still apply and may extend processing beyond our internal windows.

Eligibility depends on whether services were rendered. Attendance at the first day of a multi-day workshop generally confirms delivery of value and may reduce refund percentages. Transfers to a future cohort may be offered instead of cash refunds when seats are constrained. Organizations barred for conduct reasons are not eligible for refunds on unused credits.

Email hello@chain-point.one with invoices, participant names, and the reason for your request. We reply with a ticket identifier. Keep that identifier for follow-up. Postal cancellation notices should include printed signatures for enterprise procurement paths.

Non-refundable items include third-party venue deposits we already paid, rush customization fees, and shipping for printed workbooks once dispatched. If you purchased through a reseller, their policy may supersede portions of this document. Government purchase orders may include statutory exceptions documented in the PO itself.

We confirm receipt within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless impossible, in which case we propose an alternate. Processing can take five to ten business days after approval depending on standard transfer timelines between providers. We document each decision internally for quality standards audits.

This policy covers workshop fees published on chain-point.one. Custom enterprise agreements may embed different schedules. Korean consumer protections may grant additional rights; where they conflict with this policy, the law prevails. Currency amounts are shown in KRW unless a contract states otherwise.

This second Timeframe section clarifies partial attendance. If you miss a single half-day module, we may offer makeup notes but not automatic cash refunds unless a medical certificate is provided and verified. Medical exceptions are reviewed case-by-case within ten business days. Weather cancellations initiated by us roll forward to the next available cohort without penalty.

This second Eligibility section addresses team substitutions. Replacing a participant name before materials print is free; afterwards a small reprint fee may apply instead of a full cancellation. Scholarship seats may carry separate eligibility rules disclosed in the award letter. We may request proof of organization affiliation for subsidized cohorts.
